Full Description

Description: • Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims in accordance with CCMSI guidelines • Handle claims involving Commercial Auto, General Liability, Municipalities, and Garage Keepers • Review and negotiate medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices • Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys • Select and supervise defense attorneys • Monitor subrogation opportunities and excess insurer reporting • Ensure compliance with service commitments and quality standards • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Requirements: • 3+ years of claims handling experience • Strong knowledge of bodily injury, property damage, and litigation processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a national team • Adjuster’s license required in designated home state Benefits: • 4 weeks paid time off in your first year • 10 paid holidays • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance • Critical Illness, Short & Long-Term Disability • 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
