WE ARE HIRING! – Business Analyst (Document Accessibility Remediation) CCI W2 ONLY (No C2C) Remote – Columbia, SC We are urgently seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Document Accessibility Remediation to support the assessment and remediation of web content, particularly documents in .docx and .pdf formats. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in WCAG 2.1 AA standards and the ability to guide teams toward full accessibility compliance. Mandatory Qualifications: 7–12 years of experience in document accessibility testing and remediation 3+ years of Microsoft Word WCAG 2.1 AA remediation (styles, headings, alt text, reading order) 3+ years of PDF WCAG 2.1 AA remediation (tagging, logical structure, forms, links) 3+ years working with accessibility testing tools \Proficiency with compliance management software and accessibility tools Advanced skills in: • Microsoft Word (styles, headings, alt text, reading order) • PDF (tagging, logical structure, forms, links) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience Preferred Skills: Experience with court forms or orders UX compliance experience Preferred Certifications: CPACC IAAP ADS Certification
