Full Time B2C Legal Marketing Manager Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated marketing professional with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in legal marketing or marketing for B2C legal services. He or she will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing all marketing activities designed to generate new leads. This position requires a unique blend of strategic oversight, creative thinking, and hands-on implementation. The Marketing Manager will work directly with our leadership team and agency services to ensure that all marketing initiatives collectively generate a minimum of 250 qualified leads per month. The agency services already in place, in which the Marketing Manager will oversee include SEO, Content Marketing, Content Marketing, Organic Social Media Posts, Video Production, Google Local Service Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Business Profile Optimization. The Marketing Manager’s role is to coordinate these agency efforts, evaluate their performance, and ensure alignment with the firm goals, while directly managing additional in-house marketing initiatives. Marketing Manager Daily Roles & Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage all agency partners to ensure marketing deliverables and lead goals are met or exceeded. • Create and analyze marketing performance data (from Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO reports, social media metrics, etc.) and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. • Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletter blasts to nurture and convert leads. • Manage Facebook and other social media group posting, including outreach to private groups to promote the firm’s services and practice areas. • Develop and implement strategies to generate and manage Google Reviews to enhance the firm’s online reputation. • Collaborate with internal team members to align marketing efforts with client service objectives. • Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and tone across all digital and offline marketing channels. • Work with the agency to optimize marketing funnels and identify new lead generation opportunities. • Track, measure, and report marketing KPIs, including by not limited to cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall ROI. • Participate in strategic planning sessions and present new ideas to enhance lead generation performance. • Stay current on marketing trends and tools within the legal and digital marketing industries. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 2 to 3 years of experience in legal marketing or marketing for legal services. • Strong understanding of digital lead generation and conversion strategy. • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal. • Working knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search console, and CRM systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). • Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact. • Familiarity with social media management and online reputation tools (e.g., Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite). Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required. • 2 to 3 years of experience in legal marketing or marketing for legal services.
