Our commitment to superior quality by utilizing premium materials such as durable Sunbrella fabrics, robust Dekton surfaces, and precision-cut steel frames, all sourced and manufactured in the USA. Our process, from concept to creation, involves personalized design consultations, 3D visualizations, and culminates in a white-glove delivery service, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Fueled by growing demand and a vision for nationwide reach, CC Patio has recently invested significantly in a new, state-of-the-art 35,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Phoenix. This cutting-edge facility, housing integrated processes like welding, powder coating, sandblasting, and cushion fabrication, is poised to increase our production capacity substantially (4x-10x), enabling us to fulfill larger residential and commercial projects previously beyond our scope. We seek a dynamic leader to helm this critical operation and drive our next growth phase. Job Summary: Reporting to senior leadership, the Plant Manager provides strategic direction and tactical oversight for all manufacturing operations within our new Phoenix facility. Promote a proactive safety culture through regular communication, inspections, and hazard identification. • Track and report safety performance metrics, such as the Health and Safety Incidence Rate, investigating incidents thoroughly and implementing measures to prevent recurrence. • Oversee the general maintenance, organization, security, and upkeep of the 35,000 sq ft manufacturing facility and associated equipment. Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Cost Management & Budgeting: • Develop and manage the plant's annual operating budget, meticulously tracking and controlling expenditures related to direct labor, materials, manufacturing overhead, maintenance, and utilities. • Analyze cost performance data, including Total Manufacturing Cost per Unit, Manufacturing Cost as a Percentage of Revenue, Labor Cost Percentage, and Energy Cost per Unit; identify variances and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency gains without compromising quality or safety.
