As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with talented teammates, influence technical direction, and help deliver solutions that drive business success in a fast-paced fintech environment. What You'll Do * Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies such as C#, Java, React, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL * Build scalable APIs, integrations, and platform services that enhance product functionality and operational efficiency * Contribute to software architecture, technical design decisions, and enterprise application development * Collaborate with Product, PMO, Support, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals * Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practices, secure coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives * Mentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing * Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and delivery activities to ensure successful product outcomes * Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve engineering effectiveness and product capabilities * Support compliance, security, scalability, and performance requirements within a regulated fintech environment Why You Should Join Us * Make a meaningful impact on products that support the evolving payments ecosystem * Influence technical strategy and architecture decisions across critical platforms * Collaborate with a talented and supportive team that values innovation and continuous learning * Grow your leadership skills while mentoring and developing other engineers * Work in a dynamic fintech environment where technology drives business success What You Bring * Strong proficiency in C#, Java, or other modern programming languages and frameworks * Experience developing scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations * Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern development methodologies * Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure * Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment best practices * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences * Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment * Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative software delivery * Understanding of payments, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries is a plus Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality software solutions in Agile environments * Proven experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications and APIs * Experience contributing to architectural decisions and technical design initiatives * Strong front-end and back-end development experience * Fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industry experience preferred * Commitment to collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth What We Offer * A hybrid work environment with flexibility * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A supportive team culture where your voice is heard
