Must Have Skills / Requirements 1) ServiceNow HRSD • 3+ years of experience 2) Program Management Experience • 8+ years of experience. 3) Product Management Experience • 3+ years of experience 4) Data Privacy/Data Governance Experience • 1+ years of experience Technology Requirements: 1) HRSD technologies (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements 1) Gen AI experience 2) Elastic Enterprise Search 3) Lucidworks 4) PMP Certification preferred. 5) Agile/Scrum Certifications 6) ServiceNow Certification Preferred. Soft Skills: 1) Deep working experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 2) Ability to gather business requirements across multiple levels of the business. 3) Knowledge of Data Privacy/Data Governance. Education / Certifications 1) BA or equivalent work experience.
