Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CBTS is seeking an experienced and strategic Partner Marketing Lead to drive and manage relationships with their ecosystem business partners. The role focuses on creating and implementing comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies to align with partners' growth goals and enhance CBTS/OnX's positioning in key markets. Responsibilities • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, plan, and program architecture, supporting each partnership’s business priorities, with the goal of delivering the best marketing performance for both partner and CBTS/OnX • Lead the execution of integrated partner marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Brand, PR, Social, Sales, and more • Spearhead participation in major partner events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with partner marketing goals • Define content strategy for partner marketing campaigns • Work with growth marketing team members to ensure messaging, positioning, and marketing efforts are aligned with partner priorities where relevant • Track and measure the success of partner marketing initiatives to demonstrate marketing impact • Own and manage budget allocation of Marketing Development Funds related to partner marketing activity Skills • Proven background in partner marketing and stakeholder management • Data-driven marketer • Fresh ideas and strategic focus • Commitment to excellence • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, plan, and program architecture • Lead the execution of integrated partner marketing campaigns • Spearhead participation in major partner events • Define content strategy for partner marketing campaigns • Work with growth marketing team members to ensure messaging and positioning alignment • Track and measure the success of partner marketing initiatives • Own and manage budget allocation of Marketing Development Funds related to partner marketing activity • Written + verbal communication • Project management • Strategy • Partner Marketing • Technology Marketing • Campaign / Event Management • MDF understanding Company Overview • CBTS provides end-to-end IT and communications solutions that allow businesses to improve efficiency, enable innovation, and mitigate risk.
