Role Summary CBTS / OnX is seeking an experienced and strategic Partner Marketing Lead to drive and manage relationships with our ecosystem business partners (Cisco, HPE, AWS and more). The role will involve creating and implementing comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies that align with our partners' growth goals and accelerate CBTS/OnX positioning within key markets. You will work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to drive impactful, partner-centric marketing initiatives that promote joint success. Role Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, plan, and program architecture, supporting each partnership’s business priorities, with the goal of delivering the best marketing performance for both partner and CBTS/OnX. Lead the execution of integrated partner marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Brand, PR, Social, Sales, and more. Spearhead participation in major partner events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with partner marketing goals. Define content strategy for partner marketing campaigns. Work with growth marketing team members to ensure messaging, positioning, and marketing efforts are aligned with partner priorities where relevant. Track and measure the success of partner marketing initiatives to demonstrate marketing impact. Own and manage budget allocation of Marketing Development Funds related to partner marketing activity.
