About the Role: As a CBRE Sustainability Manager, you'll support our Investor Services platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong project and client management skills, deep experience in sustainability within real estate investment management, and a passion for driving ESG performance and decarbonization across portfolios. What You'll Do: - Lead and support sustainability initiatives for real estate investor clients, including ESG strategy development, implementation, and reporting. - Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on sustainability topics. - Oversee GRESB reporting processes and ensure timely, high-quality submissions. - Integrate sustainability data into client systems and platforms; experience with Deepki or similar software is a plus. - Collaborate with asset and portfolio managers to embed sustainability into investment and asset management decisions. - Develop and implement portfolio-level decarbonization strategies, including emissions baselining, target setting (e.g., net zero), and roadmap creation. - Advise clients on energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and carbon reduction opportunities across assets. - Monitor regulatory trends and market expectations related to climate risk and carbon performance. - Contribute to green building certifications, ESG disclosures, and other sustainability advisory services.
