Senior Program Manager, Data Center Configuration Job ID 241096 Posted 02-Oct-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Construction, Data Centers, Project Management Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America About the Role: The Senior Program Manager, Data Center Configuration will be responsible for managing a variety of projects and tasks related to early technical feasibility analysis of planned data centers and identification of risks due to localization and/or local code requirements. The ideal candidate will be familiar with data center building construction and design, possess strong data analysis and data visualization skills, have strong project management skills, especially excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What You’ll Do: • * Support data center configuration management across client portfolios. • * Develop and maintain portfolio information and metrics. • * Ensure that new projects go through the intake process and track the status of deliverables as new projects kick off. • * Facilitate regular portfolio review meetings. Prepare slides and agenda, gather input from contributors, and facilitate the meeting. • * Update issue tracking tools and coordinate with partner teams to drive issues to closure • * Collect data from multiple databases and sources to create and track deliverables • * Create, manage and maintain design project metrics. Organize data into dashboards • * Develop and manage project workflows. • * Work with internal teams on process improvements Assist with documentation of design processes. The minimum salary for this position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $195,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
