About The Role Supervisors a team of 4 MRO Specialists and two Shipping/Receiving Clerks and 1 Dock Operator responsible for spare parts and consumables for site production. Responsible for operating in CNC Space and following all client SOPs. Participates in the weekly client Logistics meeting and represents CBRE on the Global MRO Calls. Makes independent decisions on min/max and space allocations. This is a fully onsite role in Concord, NC with core Monday-Friday day hours with the ability to support an on-call team. What You’ll Do • Supervises day to day activities of five individuals in a fast-paced pharmaceutical production environment. • Timely & accurate issuance, return & transfer of spare parts and production components. • Inventory Control of newly received components/materials to include placing in locations. • Physical inventory to include cycle counts. • Daily inspections of the forklifts and logistics equipment • Maintain up to date training status. • Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties. • Utilization of direct issue, Good Receipt, inventory adjustment & transfer receipts • Utilization of GMARS for CMMS • Trash removal What You’ll Need • High school diploma or equivalent experience or GED or equivalent experience required • Ability to read, writes legibly, & understands all department documentation required • Must hold prior leadership/ supervisory experience with at least 7 or more years of related MRO/ Warehouse experience. • Must hold valid & active drivers license. • Experience with the following is preferred • Minimum 1-year related experience, preferably in a GMP warehouse or pharmaceutical industry • Nice to have Maximo CMMS, Ariba and SAP systems experience • Computer competencies required based Microsoft knowledge; Outlook, PowerPoint & Word • Good written and verbal communication skills • Training or experience to demonstrate an understanding of the risks inherent to the processing, handling & storage of hazardous materials • Ability to operate stand-up & sit-down forklifts • Experience with the following is a plus: • Good organizational skills • Ability to implement a work plan & adapt to changes in the schedule Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance. Ability to work in cold temperatures. Corrected vision to 20/30. Ability to work rotating 24 hour on-call week-end shifts as needed.
