Key Responsibilities • Manage high-volume compensation requests and prepare business cases for executive review • Guide business partners through complex processes and ensure smooth execution across functions • Drive process improvements and oversee event requests for large-scale initiatives Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, and performance management preferred • Leadership skills to motivate teams towards operational targets • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Advanced math skills for financial calculations
