General Summary The Talent Specialist / Recruiter supports the full recruiting lifecycle and provides administrative, reporting, and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning team. This role manages candidate pipelines, assists recruiters, and ensures accurate reporting and compliance across all recruitment activities. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable working across multiple time zones. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in alignment with departmental and organizational needs. • Source, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes and job applications to ensure qualifications meet position requirements. • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods to identify top talent within designated timelines. • Manage the overall interview, selection, and offer process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Assist recruiters with sourcing efforts, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and other day-to-day administrative recruiting tasks as needed. • Prepare, run, and submit weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for review by the Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning. • Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (UKG or similar) and ensure timely updates to requisitions, candidate records, and reporting dashboards. • Monitor recruitment metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement in time-to-fill, candidate quality, and process efficiency. • Collaborate closely with the Onboarding and Workforce Integration Manager to ensure seamless handoffs from selection through onboarding. • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process. • Act as liaison with special projects, employment agencies, universities, and other recruiting partners as needed. • Demonstrate a self-starter mentality and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and creative sourcing strategies. • Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Experience, And Skill Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, Master’s preferred. • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support required. • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and workforce planning concepts. • Proficiency in data tracking, report generation, and spreadsheet management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, iCIMS) preferred. • Certificate in HR Management required; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy, organization, and follow-through. • Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Work Conditions and Expectations • Flexible scheduling required to support recruitment across multiple time zones, including international placements. • Work hours may fluctuate based on project urgency, hiring volume, and deadlines. • Fast-paced, work-heavy environment requiring adaptability, initiative, and professionalism. • Occasional travel may be required for hiring events, onboarding activities, or meetings. • Typical office environment with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending, reaching, and lifting.
