Summary We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our dynamic team at CBK Catering & Events. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails and providing exceptional beverage service at various events throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding culinary experiences with meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities • Create and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages tailored to client preferences. • Ensure all drinks are prepared with precision and presented beautifully. • Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. • Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless service during events. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage handling. • Assist in training staff on beverage preparation techniques and service standards. • Stay updated on industry trends to introduce new drink offerings. Qualifications • Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume setting. • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and presentation techniques. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during events. • Basic math skills for managing drink orders and inventory accurately. • Experience in food handling practices is essential. • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
