Job Description: • Lead the delivery of outsourced accounting and advisory services for a portfolio of healthcare clients, including complex and strategic engagements • Serve as a trusted advisor to practice owners, physician groups, and healthcare leadership teams, providing financial and operational guidance • Oversee client onboarding activities, including process transitions, system implementations, and operational integrations • Review financial statements, management reporting packages, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators • Lead client meetings to discuss financial results, operational performance, and strategic initiatives • Coach, mentor, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore team members and engagement leaders • Manage resource allocation, engagement profitability, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements • Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and expand services within existing client relationships • Partner with FAO leadership to support practice growth and business development initiatives within the healthcare sector Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA preferred • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting, client advisory services, or a combination of public and private accounting • Healthcare industry experience required, preferably supporting medical practices, physician groups, healthcare management organizations, or related healthcare providers • Experience serving middle-market clients and providing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and advisory services • Experience with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and financial reporting platforms • Experience leading and developing accounting professionals, including remote and offshore team members • Strong project management, client relationship management, and organizational skills • Proven ability to analyze complex financial information and translate insights into meaningful business recommendations • Ability to manage competing priorities, lead multiple client engagements, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment • Eligibility to work in the United States • No employer-provided work sponsorship Benefits: • The opportunity to innovate and do work that motivates and engages you • A collaborative environment focused on enabling you to further your career growth and continuous professional development • Competitive compensation and a total rewards package that focuses on all aspects of your wellbeing • Flexibility to do impactful work and the time to enjoy your life outside of work • Opportunities to connect and learn from professionals from different backgrounds and with different cultures • Annual bonus • Medical, dental, and vision care • Disability and life insurance • Generous Paid Time Off • Retirement plans • Paid Care Leave • Other programs dedicated to enhancing your personal and work life and providing financial protection
