Job Description: COMPENSATION PACKAGE: • Reefer: $0.65 per mile. • Average weekly mileage: 3,000+ miles. • PAYMENT STRUCTURE: • Compensation for loads is based on a Monday-to-Monday cycle. • Direct deposit is processed every Friday, with a one-week hold after the first delivery. • Payment statements are made available every Wednesday. • TRAVEL & ORIENTATION: • Flight will be provided after successful drug test completion. • One-day orientation (drivers must report to the office by 10:00 AM). • OPERATIONS & HOME TIME: • Coverage in 48 states, including New York (excluding NYC and South Florida). • Flatbed drivers residing in Tampa, Miami, etc., cannot take company trucks home (travel at their own expense). • OTR schedule: 3-4 weeks on duty, followed by 3-4 days of home time. • DRUG TESTING POLICY: • Drug tests are conducted remotely (zip code required). • Hotel expenses covered for in-office testing if necessary. Job Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: • Possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of verifiable OTR experience in Reefer operations. • Maintain a clean safety and driving record (No SAP, DUI, or DWI violations). • 1099 Independent Contractor status; EIN is required (or must be obtained within two weeks of onboarding). • No more than three moving violations within the past three years and no at-fault accidents. • Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or possess a valid Work Permit with at least 5 years of validity remaining. General Description of Benefits: EQUIPMENT & SUPPORT: • Fleet consists of 2023-2026 Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Volvo models. • Automatic transmission vehicles are equipped with APUs, refrigerators, microwaves, and inverters. • Trucks are governed at 70 mph.
