The role of a roofing/exterior sales representative can be challenging without the right approach, but with our unique approach to the sales process coupled with top of the line compensation for the industry, things make more sense than ever. This is a 1099 commission based construction sales role. This will not be a good fit for candidates not willing to do the following: -Knock on doors to source leads (cold approach) -Inspect properties including frequently climbing on roofs -Set one's own schedule and thrive in a self directed role (training provided) Cavalry Construction is a startup looking to occupy a unique role in the Construction industry. Sales in construction, like so many other industries, can often boil down to a mindless numbers game. At Cavalry, we set out to change that with purposeful scouting, targeted pitches, and an expertise in storm damage and insurance claims that few can rival. The insurance industry is an extremely flawed and confusing industry full of gray area. Navigating the process, or even understanding when and how to file a legitimate claim, can be challenging to say the least. Due to our extensive background and certifications in storm damage and the insurance claims process as a whole, over 70% of our customers pay a tiny fraction of the cost for their projects. Customers regularly are able to get a brand new roof or other exterior items installed for around $1000 out of pocket, despite many of these installs costing over $20,000! Cavalry Construction is a small company looking to expand rapidly in the next few years. If you're interested in working with a small startup, or in having more opportunities for promotion to management as our team develops the need for more leadership, this is the role for you. Some communication experience is necessary for applicants, but construction sales experience is not required. High quality CRM and door knocking software is provided. Once the project is sold, you act as a point of contact for the customer while we handle the heavy lifting on the production side.
