DEPARTMENT: Administration REPORTS TO: Director of Quality and Performance WORK HOURS: 24 hours/week LOCATION: Hybrid (Mid-Pointe and work from home) FLSA STATUS: Hourly, Non-Exempt SUPERVISORY: No DATE: January 2026 Position Summary The Data Management Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with data maintenance, collection of program data, monitoring outcomes and key processes through utilization of databases and tools, in order to better track goals and outcomes of each program within Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio. Essential Job Functions • Under direction from the Director of Quality and Performance and in collaboration with the COO, work with the Executive Team and program staff to evaluate, improve, and modernize agency tracking and reporting systems, as well as the formatting, and delivery of all agency standard reports and dashboards. • Responsible for data collection, preparation and dissemination of all operating reports. • Responsible for ongoing collaboration with external Salesforce vendors and continuing the buildout and implementation of Salesforce, as it relates to system design and function, reports, and dashboard. • Assists with the cleansing, profiling, and transformation of system data as it relates to data and system migration projects and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) opportunities. • Supports quality management function, data needs and meets deadlines for reports and documents. • Assists in the preparation of reports, documents, and other products, as required. • Responds to internal and external requests for information such as report status or file information. • Analyzes and presents data to support the programmatic and operational decision-making process, increase agency efficiency, transparent and collaborative efforts. • Reports to additional CCSWOH office locations when directed by supervisor. • Other projects as assigned by supervisor or COO. Supervisory Responsibilities • N/A Qualifications & Skills Requirements • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Access. MS Power BI strongly encouraged • College level course work in Microsoft systems or information technology • High level experience in developing Excel spreadsheets • Flexibility and organizational skills for independent daily management • Solid oral and written communication skills • College level course work in Business Analyst and/or data analytics preferred • Exceptional attention to detail • Salesforce experience preferred (Admin, Reports, Dashboards) Organizational Responsibility Employees of Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio will have knowledge of the Catholic faith, a willingness to work for a Catholic, faith-based agency and adhere to the policies of Catholic Charities.
