Responsibilities Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards. Posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting systems. Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations. Research and resolve financial statement discrepancies, with supervision, by working with other departments. Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes. Level Working Knowledge: Utilizes cost monitoring practices, techniques and considerations. Works with financial transactions and related documentation within the organization. Participates in accounting practices of classifying and recording financial data. Maintains existing charts of accounts. Follows regulations for entering and reporting the financial content in major accounting systems. Financial Record Keeping: Knowledge of financial record keeping processes, methods, and tools; ability to maintain accurate and thorough records of financial transactions. Level Basic Understanding: Lists the reports used by the organization that depend on accurate financial records. Describes the purpose and value of accurate financial record keeping. Explains basic methods for financial record keeping. Identifies basic financial record keeping tools. Additional information: This position requires incumbent to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week. Summary Pay Range: $72,672.00 - $135,444.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
