Salary: We are seeking a Multimedia Manager to join our Content team. This role will own the creation, production, and distribution of multimedia content with a strong focus on video to power our social platforms, strengthen our brand engagement, drive audience growth, and support user acquisition goals. The Multimedia Manager will collaborate closely with content leads, commercial stakeholders, marketing and social experts to shape creative strategies and deliver engaging, compliant, and monetizable multimedia assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia development and monetization. You should be highly skilled in video editing, interactive design, and be comfortable working with a variety of multimedia tools and software (included AI tools). YOUR CHALLENGE: Content Production • Own the full life cycle of video and multimedia production, from planning and creation to publishing across multiple platforms. • Deliver multimedia output that meets commercial needs, engagement goals, and brand mission, balancing hands-on production with the ability to coordinate freelancers during seasonal peaks or special projects. • Ensure all content is platform-optimized (short-form, live, highlights, reels, branded content) to maximize reach and performance. • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and storytelling. Strategic Collaboration • Work with Content Leads and Social Experts to shape video content strategy aligned with campaign and business goals. • Contribute ideas on formats, content pillars, and platform-specific approaches to maximize reach and engagement. • Coordinate with Commercial team and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities for content monetization, including sponsorships, branded video, and partner integrations. • Build and maintain a multimedia production and distribution calendar in collaboration with the Squads experts. Compliance & Governance • Ensure all content complies with legal, compliance, and brand guidelines as well as platforms terms and conditions. • Stay updated on advertising and sponsorship standards for multimedia production. Sports Content Prevalent • Produce content tailored to North American sports and other relevant business verticals. • Work flexibly during evenings/weekends to cover live events, ensuring timely publishing of high-engagement multimedia (North American calendar). TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED: • Proven experience in multimedia production and video editing (hands-on role). • Proficiency in tools for creation and editing (Adobe Suite and others), and mastery of AI tools for multimedia generation • Strong knowledge of digital and social content formats, storytelling, and audience engagement. • Understanding of compliance and legal mandates for multimedia production. • Knowledge of North American sports is highly desirable. • Ability to work flexible hours around major sports calendars (evenings/weekends). • Collaborative mindset with experience working across content, social, and commercial teams. • Creativity in ideating new formats and monetization opportunities for video. • Experience in influencer or branded content collaborations (desirable). This role will initially be carried out on a fully remote basis and will transition to a hybrid working model once our Miami hub is up and running. WORKING CONDITIONS: • This position is 100% remote. Must be available during regular business hours in your evening and/or weekend work on occasion. Must possess a stable, high-speed internet and working cellular telephone. Must be able to routinely perform indoor work with minimum noise levels. Must be able to perform job functions independently and work effectively either on their own or as part of a team. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 8 hours per day. At times, occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Must be capable of travel by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities, as may be occasionally asked to travel to sites or events.
