About the Role As Catapult Sports’ Events Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s presence across North America - planning, organizing, and executing over 30 conferences, workshops, and industry events each year. This pivotal role will ensure Catapult’s brand presence is effectively deployed at major events, fostering relationships with key customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with teams from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to strategically plan, execute, and manage key events that elevate Catapult’s brand, engage our community, and drive business growth. You’ll ensure every detail runs smoothly, from logistics to on-site engagement, while also providing crucial support for activations in Latin America, APAC, and EMEA. What You’ll Do Strategic Event Planning & Execution Work closely with Catapult’s Global Product Marketing Director on the strategic planning and execution for Catapult’s key regional events throughout the year, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with overall company goals. On-site lead Act as the main point of contact for all on-site staff during each event wether on-site or remote. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure the successful execution of events. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the planning process. Event Logistics & Operations Manage logistics for events, including travel arrangements, venue coordination, event materials, and on-site support. Oversee setup and teardown, ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. Brand Presence & Engagement Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement at each event. Represent Catapult’s brand to customers, prospects, and industry leaders, cultivating meaningful relationships and driving business opportunities. Customer & Prospect Relations Foster and strengthen relationships with key customers, prospects, and industry partners, serving as the face of Catapult at all events. Budget & Resource Management Work within the predetermined event budget guidelines to ensure the efficient use of resources. Process purchase orders using our Finance team processes and provide detailed reports on event costs and outcomes. Post-Event Reporting & Analysis Track and report on event success based on ROI, gather feedback from stakeholders, and identify areas of improvement for future events. What you’ll need Experience: 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, with a strong focus on planning, logistics, and on-site execution. Experience in sports-related events or working within sports organizations is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Location & Travel Requirements: Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible hours during event activations. Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required to support events. Ability to lift and move equipment as needed for event setup and teardown. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant platforms.
