Territory Sales Manager Baltimore, Maryland - Hybrid- Field-Based Position This role is fully remote and field-based, requiring travel approximately 20% of the month. About Our Client Our client is a leading company in the hormone optimization and therapeutic wellness space, specializing in precision and preventive medicine with an emphasis on hormonal health. The company trains healthcare providers in applying bioidentical hormone replacement therapy approaches and provides products and protocols for hormone optimization. They maintain a network of certified providers including clinics and doctors who use their protocols and have overseeing millions of hormone pellet insertions throughout their history. The company operates throughout the United States and is experiencing major expansion. Job Description We're seeking a driven sales professional with a passion for changing healthcare who wants to be in a hands-on and engaged position working within a dynamic and collaborative sales team. This role focuses on recruiting qualified physicians and practitioners into partnership relationships to provide cutting-edge technology for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and healthy aging options to their patients and the public. The ideal candidate will be responsible for relationship development, practice development, and sales of proprietary hormone optimization methods to healthcare practitioners. This position requires someone comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and building long-term partnerships with medical professionals. You'll work directly with physicians, nurse practitioners, office managers, and staff to implement comprehensive hormone therapy programs. The role offers significant impact on both healthcare providers and their patients by introducing innovative hormone optimization solutions that improve quality of life and support healthy aging initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities • Acquire and retain extensive knowledge of hormone replacement therapy through provided materials and outside sources • Conduct physician, staff, and patient training on business protocols including marketing, financial, therapy, and company resources • Research and evaluate physicians in assigned areas based on company criteria for appropriateness and suitability • Present training and business programs effectively to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and office staff • Recruit suitable practitioners through professional prospecting, appointment setting, and presentation skills • Cultivate and maintain productive partnerships with practitioners to grow practices and maintain 60%+ patient retention levels • Secure all required contracts, paperwork, documentation, payments, and fees for training and certification classes • Conduct and facilitate monthly patient educational seminars for trained practitioners • Assist with practice development including email marketing, social media, referral cards, and website information • Prospect for new leads and identify quality sales prospects from active leads • Attend marketing and sales events for prospects and current customer • Work with customers to generate sales referrals with new prospects • Update all relevant sales activities in the company's CRM system • Close sales accurately and effectively each month to meet or exceed targets • Respond to all emails from customers, company employees, and vendors in a timely manner Required Experience/Skills • Bachelor's degree strongly required • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical device, diagnostics, and/or biotech • Experience selling to or recruiting physicians highly preferred • Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to physicians, management, and large groups • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software • Strong work ethic and time management skills • Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling • Ability to read and understand medical and scientific studies • Valid driver's license and good driving record • Home office capability with reliable high-speed internet access • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the month Nice-to-Haves • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or biotech industries • Background selling lower-cost medical devices • Experience with capital equipment sales or diagnostic services • Knowledge of hormone replacement therapy or wellness medicine • Experience working with family medicine, OB/GYN, urology, endocrinology, dermatology, or integrated health/wellness clinics Education Bachelor's degree required (field of study not specified) Pay & Benefits Summary • Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually • 401(k) with 3% company contribution (fully vested day one) • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Virtual visits/telemedicine coverage • Company-paid life and AD&D insurance • 15 days paid time off plus company holiday • 2 personal days annually • Motus mileage reimbursement program • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits • Intensive 10-11 day corporate training program every two months Call-to-Action Ready to make a significant impact in healthcare and hormone optimization?
