The Site Identification Specialist is responsible for conducting site identification and outreach tasks, ensuring quality study deliverables. They oversee the creation of proposed site lists, prepare feasibility packs, and manage site feasibility outreach.
Candidates should have a university degree or equivalent education in a related field. 1-2 years of applicable industry experience in site identification or feasibility is required.
As the Site Identification Specialist I (SID-S) your primarily responsible for carrying out site identification and outreach tasks. By working with strategic feasibility and start-up teams, you will ensure they work diligently to provide quality study deliverables as outlined in SITE ID project scopes. The SID-S oversees the creation of a fully vetted proposed site list, prepares the feasibility pack (site-facing materials), conducts site feasibility outreach for all sponsor-approved sites, and negotiates and executes the Confidentiality Agreements, Feasibility Questionnaires, and other feasibility-related documents. The SID-S will work closely with the strategic feasibility and start-up teams to provide current outreach updates directly to the sponsor. The SID-S will monitor the SITE ID inbox and respond to any request relating to site intel. Position Responsibilities: Conduct pre-award blinded outreach at the request of strategic feasibility. Create proposed site lists for awarded studies. Facilitate the execution of CDAs. Distribute FQs. Review and document FQ responses on the feasibility tracker. Track Site ID status. Perform quality checks on internal data sources. Maintain SITE ID Inbox. Support Site and Investigator Knowledge Database and performance metrics. May be asked to support the collation of corporate experience metrics related to strategy development for specific proposals and bid defenses. May be asked to support SOP, job aid, and workflow updates and development. May be asked to support the RFP process by providing historical corporate experience and site and PI metrics upon request of the strategic feasibility team. Position Qualifications: Education: University degree or equivalent education in a related field of study. Experience: 1-2 years of applicable industry experience as part of a site identification and/or site feasibility team. Required Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills.
