Overview: The Human Resources Senior Specialist will be focused helping driving business results and increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Will act as primary HR support, providing hands-on HR support for multiple leaders within the Technology Organization. This role will report to the Human Resources Senior Manager. Responsibilities: • Assist in implementing human resources programs to meet business needs • Process associate related changes relative to pay, position management and bonus updates • Creates presentations, manages spreadsheets and assists with organizational charts/data • Generates and analyzes HR reporting data such as turnover, compensation, headcount, etc. • Partner with business leaders to align HR programs with business goals, ensuring HR initiatives support company growth, change and transformation. • Provide support on key processes such as Talent Reviews, Leadership Development & Training, Organizational Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, and Associate Engagement • Develops collaborative relationships across all HR teams to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals • Conducts exit interviews and analysis of feedback from exit interview to determine trends Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources • General knowledge of HR best practices, policies, procedures and labor law compliance • Strong business acumen and communication skills • Problem-identification and problem-solving skills • Works effectively on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to respond appropriately and independently to a variety of complex and challenging situations • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, documentation and accuracy • Ability to balance role as both an employee advocate and partner to the business • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Intermediate Excel skills ideal What you Get: Enjoy a rewarding career at Catalyst, where we offer a competitive benefits package, a vibrant work environment, and the opportunity to make a difference with America's most iconic retail brands.
