We are seeking a strategic minded Key Industry Manager to grow our service offerings in the following KEY INDUSTRIES: MINGING, POWER GENERATION, PAPER & PULP, CEMENT AND STEEL. Our ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge of the wear issues within the one or more of these industries. Whether you are a seasoned sales professional or have been in a different role, such as a maintenance manager, maintenance planner, reliability engineer, sales engineer or similar role and looking for your next challenge, here’s your chance! Position Overview: The Key Industry Manager is a key member of the Wear Services Business Unit at Castolin Eutectic, responsible for delivering comprehensive wear solutions to end users and OEMs within targeted strategic accounts. This role focuses on leveraging Castolin Eutectic’s advanced technology and service offerings to develop and expand the market for wear-resistant products and solutions, within strategic accounts. What You'll Do: Market Development: Drive the growth of Castolin Eutectic’s wear services, including CDP wearplate, Castotube, LaserClad and other complementary products, by targeting key strategic accounts in the MINING, POWER GENERATION, PAPER & PULP, CEMENT AND/OR STEEL INDUSTRIES. Collaboration: Work closely with the Services Team to provide technical and application support, Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including but not limited to end users in mining, cement, and OEMs, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Business Development: Identify prospects and existing customers needs that fit the company’s services capabilities. Develop messaging for new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion. Maintain an Opportunity Pipeline: Within Dynamics CRM maintain an opportunity pipeline. The manager shall review the teams opportunity reports weekly and provide an opportunity report update to Management. Technical Support: Provide technical, design, and product support to customers, addressing wear-related queries and assisting with proposals and quotations. Cross-Regional Collaboration: Maintain contact and cooperation with other regions to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in technical and commercial approaches. Performance Accountability: Ensure the achievement of sales volumes, revenue targets, and enhanced gross profit margins for the Wear Services business. Administration Support the development of the organization's vision, mission, and objectives to generate revenue revue and profitability. Responsible to identify and effectively communicate and support the resolution of critical business issues. Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and training workshops. Keep key documentation updated on CRM and deliver expense reports on a weekly basis. What You'll Bring: 10-15 years of relevant industrial sales experience OR 10-15 years of relevant experience as a maintenance supervisor, maintenance manger, maintenance planner, reliability engineer, sales engineer or similar experience in power generation operations. Solid understanding of the wear issues and wear management solutions offerings in the power generation industry. Must be comfortable speaking with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel within key accounts. Basic understanding of welding, maintenance and repair technologies. Consultative communication skills Possess a hunter mentality with cold-calling experience. Basic understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry Mechanical aptitude Knowledge of basic print reading skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated and self-directed individual. Well organized and detail-oriented and good with time management skills Ability to travel up to 60%
