We are a production’s best ally every step of the way. #OneCastOneCrew Position Overview We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Data & Reporting Platform. In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the foundational data infrastructure that powers both our customer-facing capabilities and internal operations. You'll own the platform that enables secure data sharing, robust APIs, and scalable self-service reporting – ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and well-structured across the organization. This role sits at the foundation of our data ecosystem, partnering closely with the Insights & Analytics team to provide Cast & Crew customers with a complete set of data solutions, from data sharing to operational reporting to intelligent insights. Core Responsibilities Define and own the roadmap for the Data & Reporting Platform, balancing foundational infrastructure improvements and immediate business reporting needs with innovative and scalable self-service capabilities. Partner with Data Analysts, Payroll Operations, UX, and business stakeholders to build scalable and intuitive reporting capabilities. Lead the vision and execution of our next-generation reporting experience, unifying and modernizing customer-facing reporting across all Cast & Crew systems of record. Translate product vision into detailed product requirements with a focus on execution and close collaboration with engineering and data analysts. Leverage data-driven insights to continuously iterate and improve product offerings. Identify and address key customer pain points ensuring the product delivers measurable value. Regularly present product strategy, roadmap, and results to leadership and business stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational goals Key Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience with strong domain expertise in data platforms, reporting, and analytics. Proven experience building scalable data products – from data pipelines and governance frameworks to reporting and analytics. Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineering and architecture teams on platform-level capabilities. Experience with modern data stacks (e.g. Snowflake) and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies (e.g. predictive modeling, LLMs, RAG) and how they can be applied in B2B or enterprise contexts. Passion for empowering users with insights that are timely, actionable, and easy to consume. Strong communication skills – able to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for stakeholders of all levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment with both legacy and modern systems. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $145,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year.
