Are you a master at building thriving online communities? Because honestly, I am NOT... that's why I need help. I am a therapist, and tech excites me, but intimidates me, as it's not something I am comfortable with. I have had a vision for a long time, but I need help turning it into a reality. I'm looking for a talented consultant to help transform an existing informal online group of independent private practice therapists into a professional, monetized, online + hybrid community. This role is perfect for someone who loves: • Designing structured community spaces • Building membership and monetization models • Planning online and in-person events • Guiding strategy from vision to launch What you’ll do: • Recommend and implement the best platform (Mighty Networks, Circle, Skool, etc.) • Design spaces for referrals, resources, professional development, networking, and events • Build a launch roadmap and content calendar • Develop monetization strategies: memberships, premium tiers, paid posts, workshops/retreats • Advise on engagement, marketing, and sustainable community management • Probably more stuff that I can't name because I don't speak the language, but we can discuss it! Skills & Experience: • Proven track record launching online communities or membership programs • Experience with community platforms - Mighty Networks, Circle, Skool, Heartbeat (or similar) • Strong project management and strategy skills • Bonus: familiarity with professional service / wellness / referral-based communities Compensation: • Hourly: CAD $50–$120/hr depending on experience • Fixed project: CAD $6k–$15k for complete strategy + marketing + launch • Optional ongoing monthly retainer for continued support How to Apply: Send your resume/portfolio highlighting your experience building communities, your approach to engagement, and measurable results.
