We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead renovation projects from pre-construction handoff through completion and warranty. This role is best suited to a proven renovation professional who takes ownership, plans ahead, and communicates clearly with both clients and trades. About the Role The Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of assigned residential renovation projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, inspections, documentation, and client communication, while working closely with Site Leads and internal teams. Residential renovation experience is required. Key Responsibilities • Lead residential renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout and warranty • Own project schedules, budgets, and overall delivery • Coordinate subcontractors, Site Leads, and internal teams • Plan work several weeks ahead to identify and manage risks early • Act as the primary client contact and provide regular project updates • Manage change orders and cost control • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, progress, and safety standards • Coordinate inspections and project closeout activities • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Qualifications & Experience Required • 5+ years of experience working in residential renovation projects • Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, scopes, and subcontractor coordination • Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets • Confident, professional client communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable using construction management software (JobTread or similar) Preferred • Design-build renovation project management experience • Experience managing projects $250k+ • Familiarity with quality control, deficiencies, and warranty processes What We Offer • A leadership role with real ownership and accountability • Clear systems, expectations, and support • A collaborative, professional team environment • Competitive compensation based on experience • Opportunity to grow with a scaling construction company To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief note outlining your residential renovation project management experience.
