An exciting opportunity is now available at our Orlando Support Center, which provides technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service to our customer base. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Customer Support & Helpdesk Specialist who is eager to grow, adaptable, and reliable. As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will demonstrate a passion for exceptional service and a commitment to going above and beyond to exceed expectations. As a Customer Support & Helpdesk Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver efficient, timely, and accurate support to all Cashmaster customers and prospects in accordance with company procedures. You will work closely with the Support Team Supervisor, contributing to service excellence and collaborative operational success Responsibilities • Provide first‑line customer support across the full range of Cashmaster products. • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries. • Deliver responsive, high‑quality service to customers and prospects • Manage inbound and outbound communications professionally and efficiently • Work toward individual performance metrics such as response times and case resolution • Support the achievement of customer SLAs through accurate and timely case handling • Maintain detailed and accurate records in company databases and systems • Contribute to the trials process by identifying configuration or software requirements and engaging with customers as needed. • Provide accurate product information, incident reporting, and support outcomes. • Enter and update customer and product information in the MIS system • Suggest improvements to processes where identified • Participate in continuous improvement activities. • Carry out other support-related duties as assigned. What we are looking for? • Demonstrated success in a customer helpdesk or technical support environment • Strong aptitude for technology, software, and/or hardware-related products. • Excellent customer service and phone communication skills • Interest in learning new skills and taking initiative • Strong problem‑solving skills with a passion for troubleshooting • Positive attitude and motivation to support customers and prospects • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues; team‑player mindset. • Reliability, perseverance, and strong attention to detail. • Computer literacy and comfort working in multiple systems. • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment. • High ethical standards, reliability, and trustworthiness. • Desire and potential for personal development within the company. Essential Skills required: • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar IT, technical support, or business‑product support role • Strong understanding of customer service best practices. • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong initiative and ability to work independently within guidelines. • Punctual, reliable, and customer‑friendly. • Valid driver’s license. • University diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience Bonus Skills: • Additional languages (Spanish/French). • Call center experience. • Business development or sales exposure • Technical or software‑based competencies What’s in it for you?
