Our growing CNC Machine Job Shop is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of assigned CNC machining projects, from initial customer inquiry to final delivery. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Coordinate with, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery. • Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. • Manage documentation and reporting for internal and customer needs. Requirements: • Experience in project management within a manufacturing or job shop environment. • Familiar with CNC machining processes, materials, and workflows. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications. • Experience with AS9100 regulations.
