This role will focus on assisting the estimation team in pricing and evaluating large scale properties for landscaping, snow removal and other exterior services. This role will work with: • Service Partners to gather estimated quoted pricing. • Service Partner Community to find partners who are capable of doing the work we are bidding on and provide estimated quotes/pricing to help future sales. • Estimation team to help build submitted price quotes as needed across the business. This role will support sales estimation across functions, including assistance in reviewing site measurements for accuracy. • Tender and sales quoting of future work. • Work across departments to ensure we understand the market and proper price points for service. • Support new tenders by retrieving marketplace pricing in advance of sales opportunities. • Working with Service Partners to ensure the quoted pricing for future work is accurate and reasonable. • Gather and analyze procurement-related data to support decision-making. • Work to grow the Service Partner network in areas where sales is targeting new work. • Understand and provide direction on what the market can bare. • Provide quoted and tendered pricing for new work in a timely manner back to sales estimation to help drive better pricing on future sales. • Understand complex large property pricing and work with Service Partners to provide accurate estimations. • Ensure multiple price points are available when evaluating incoming estimated pricing. • Work with the Estimation team in site management, maps, and measurements.
