Description • Listen attentively and actively to callers. • Record and organize all information provided by customers using computer software. • Ensure customer satisfaction with follow-up calls. • Handle multiple projects at once. • Follow instructions with limited supervision. • Work quickly and accurately. Position Requirements • 40 hours per week and overtime during snow season. • Flexibility with scheduling during snow season, including early mornings, weekends and holidays. • Receptive to feedback. • Positive attitude and friendly voice. • Effectively communicate professionally via telephone and email. • Proficient computer and typing skills. • Dependable during busy snow season. • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
