Title: Site Supervisor • Location: Houston, TX 77029 • Pay: $25 per hour • Employment Type: Full-Time • Must possess a valid Level 3 guard card • 50% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision and complimentary Life Insurance • 401 (k) program and enhanced insurance offerings such as Critical Care Coverage, Hospital Insurance, Accidental Insurance, and Pet Insurance • Daily pay options are available, get paid as soon as the next day Law Enforcement experience is preferred; we strongly encourage candidates who come from law enforcement to apply for this position. The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards. This position will require the use of a company vehicle; all applicants must be over 21, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record. Cascadia Global Security – Audere est Facere (Dare to Do). Roles and responsibilities to include, but not limited to: • Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively • Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise • Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures • Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations • Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication Looking for someone who has: • The willingness to learn constantly • Not afraid to ask questions to better the guards, company, or themselves • Strong Leadership skills • Confident with the use of Microsoft Office • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Has the ability to multitask • Good interpersonal skills • Is flexible and possesses quick-thinking skills • The ability to work well with a team while accomplishing personal goals CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in the leadership of several employees.
