To get there, we need a Marketing Director who can build, manage, and scale our entire marketing engine. The Role You will take full ownership of lead generation, marketing performance, and brand presence across all markets. You will oversee our customer service reps and other marketing team members, all outbound and lead generation efforts, digital marketing vendors, online marketing channels, home shows, and other marketing-driven events. You will work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure we have the lead flow and quality needed to meet aggressive growth goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build systems, coach people, and drive results daily. What You Will Do Lead and develop our CSR's and other marketing staff Oversee all digital, outbound, and event-based marketing programs Manage and optimize the marketing budget Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign and lead source performance Improve the marketing to sales process and support a 5-star customer experience Make certain that marketing output lines up with revenue goals and company growth plans What You Bring 3 to 5 years of marketing leadership experience Strong background in lead generation and paid advertising Experience managing a large budget with proven ROI Analytical mindset and the ability to act on data Hands-on leadership style with resilience, ownership, and no fear of challenges Ability to take feedback, avoid drama, and thrive in a fast-moving environment Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $90,000-$150,000 DOE 100 percent employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for you AND your family PTO and paid holidays 401(k) Company vehicle and cellphone covered All local work Why You'd Love It Here You will have real ownership & real responsibility A direct impact on our growth.
