About This Opportunity We are seeking a Learning Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, multi-modal learning pathways that help energy managers, facility staff and select vendors improve their energy management practices, complete more energy projects and upskill to further their careers. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, effective learning content. You will coordinate with product managers to discover customer needs and identify product-market fit and go-to-market strategies. You will work with software developers and user-experience designers to make learning resources seamlessly available to our customers. Define and execute learning program strategy Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for successful delivery of all online/blended L&D products Define program objectives, success metrics, and key results aligned with business goals and customer needs Manage customer relationships and program delivery Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external customer stakeholders throughout program lifecycle Coordinate and supervise cross-functional delivery teams Supervise the work of instructional designers, setting priorities, providing feedback, and ensuring quality delivery Track metrics and optimize for business outcomes Define and track key performance indicators including completion rates, learner satisfaction, customer engagement, and business impact Analyze program performance data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities Support and execute go-to-market strategies Collaborate with Customer Engagement, Marketing and Product Management to develop compelling program descriptions, case studies, and sales enablement materials Implement learning technology and optimize processes Lead selection and implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and related technology This is a full-time, exempt position located in Portland OR. Minimal travel is anticipated for this role. Qualifications Applicants for this role are required to have: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Education, Instructional Design, Program Management, or related field 7+ years of program management experience delivering learning and development solutions, preferably in B2B environments Demonstrated proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar platforms) Experience implementing learning technology platforms and systems (LMS, LXP, or similar) Portfolio demonstrating measurable learning outcomes and high-quality instructional design work Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supervising the work of specialists (e.g., instructional designers, content developers) Experience designing learning solutions for technical, industrial, or energy sector audiences A successful candidate should also demonstrate these preferred characteristics and/or skills: Instructional design certifications (e.g., ATD, CPTD) Experience in energy efficiency, energy management, sustainability, or industrial sectors Experience with product-led growth strategies or SaaS business models Technical background or ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts Experience with change management and organizational development For candidates whose experience may not align perfectly with all these preferred skills but can see themselves adding value in this role, we encourage you to still apply.
