About This Job Visual storytelling is a cornerstone of the Casago brand experience. As a member of the Brand team, the Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping how Casago shows up across national campaigns and local franchise marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive, professional, and compelling visual presence. Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role supports a wide range of creative needs—from brand campaigns and digital marketing to franchise-ready assets that can be customized for local markets. The Graphic Designer works in close partnership with Copy and Local Marketing, translating established creative direction and campaign goals into polished visual executions that reinforce brand standards while enabling appropriate local flexibility. Success in this role requires strong execution, attention to detail, and responsiveness to feedback. The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand creative efficiently and consistently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and supporting the scalability of Casago’s marketing efforts across markets. Essential Job Functions Design marketing assets across digital, print (short- and long-form), social, paid media, out-of-home advertising, and franchise materials Execute creative solutions from concept to completion under the direction of the Brand Manager Collaborate closely with Copy and Brand partners to ensure visual and messaging alignment Support local market customization while maintaining brand consistency and design standards Manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cycles simultaneously Apply and help maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems Prepare, export, and organize final assets for distribution across marketing platforms Create production-ready files for vendors from approved design files Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Skills + Qualifications 4+ years of professional design experience Strong online portfolio demonstrating print and digital work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma Solid understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling Ability to concept and execute a range of design solutions efficiently Experience supporting marketing teams in fast-paced environments Ability to work independently while collaborating within a Brand-led team Hospitality, franchise, or multi-location brand experience preferred Compensation $68600 - $109800 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location. Workplace Environment + Expectations This position in 100% remote. Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY Fully remote work environment with a reliable internet connection. Typically a Monday - Friday workweek with expectations to be flexible to support the needs of the business. Occasional travel less than 10% of the time Physical Demands Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
