The group places a strong focus on origin, sustainability, and traditional production methods. We are seeking a Mexican Spirit Specialist (MSS) to lead the growth, visibility, and cultural advocacy of Casa Lumbre’s portfolio in South Florida, focusing on influential Mexican dining and bar accounts. This role combines sales leadership, brand ambassadorship, and cultural storytelling to strengthen Casa Lumbre’s position as the leader in Mexican spirits. Key Responsibilities Key Account Management & Commercial Execution • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key On-Premise accounts, focusing on 50–70 influential Mexican dining and bar partners. • Drive distribution, menu placements, well placements, and visibility of Casa Lumbre’s portfolio through tailored programs and strategic engagement. • Deliver measurable sales growth within assigned accounts while adhering to budget and operational guidelines. • Collaborate with leadership to analyze performance metrics, budget allocation, and overall program effectiveness. Portfolio Advocacy & Education • Serve as the local expert and advocate for Mexican spirits by conducting staff trainings, tastings, and educational sessions with trade partners. • Build credibility as a Key Opinion Leader in the market by staying informed on category trends, product knowledge, and Casa Lumbre brand updates. • Share Casa Lumbre’s mission, heritage, and vision with customers and the broader hospitality community, inspiring brand affinity and advocacy. Cultural Leadership & Brand Representation • Represent Casa Lumbre with authenticity and professionalism at industry events, festivals, and local activations. • Promote the company’s values of innovation, collaboration, and cultural authenticity within the spirits industry. • Act as a true ambassador of Mexican culture, helping strengthen the connection between Casa Lumbre and the community it serves. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in On-Premise sales, brand activation, or account management (spirits/beverage industry preferred). • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. • Deep passion for Mexican spirits, culture, and craftsmanship • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
