Nursing Operations Manager Location: Nashville, TN Job Type: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Onsite (No Remote Work) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Saturdays when needed) Pay: Starting from $65,000 (commensurate with experience and education) Are you a strategic, detail-oriented leader enthusiastic about supporting nursing education? Join our team at Casa Loma College as a Nursing Operations Manager and play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES As the Nursing Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring smooth administrative processes and compliance with clinical and accreditation standards. You will collaborate with nursing leadership and faculty to foster a supportive environment for students and staff. In this position you will have strong project management and strategic planning skills, excellent communication and supervisory abilities, familiarity with Colorado’s legal requirements for student recruitment in post-secondary education and experience with accreditation processes and documentation. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Manage student documentation: transcripts, background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, and BLS certifications • Maintain accurate and compliant student records for clinical placements • Support accreditation efforts, including documentation and site visit preparation • Coordinate purchase orders for nursing equipment and supplies • Facilitate communication across nursing staff, faculty, and students • Organizing campus events such as orientations, graduations, and open houses • Ensure secure and organized record retention systems WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Work Experience • 2 years’ leadership experience in administrative or operations management Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree Preferred Skills • Experience in higher education, preferably in nursing programs WHY JOIN CASA LOMA COLLEGE?
