Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at CaryHealth, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our digital pharmacy platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that enhance user experience and support our mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our digital pharmacy platform. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement new features and improve existing ones. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. - You will ensure the security and compliance of our platform with healthcare regulations. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them where appropriate. - You will contribute to the scalability and reliability of our systems to support growing user demand. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks. - Background in digital health or pharmacy-related technology. - Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
