Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at CaryHealth, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our digital pharmacy platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that enhance the patient experience and support our mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our digital pharmacy platform. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement new features and improve existing ones. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. - You will ensure the security and compliance of applications with healthcare regulations. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them where appropriate. - You will contribute to the deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs. - You have strong knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB. - You have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - You have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare or digital pharmacy industry. - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
