Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at CaryHealth, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our digital pharmacy platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and streamline healthcare services. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - You will ensure the security and compliance of applications with healthcare regulations. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep CaryHealth at the forefront of digital health innovation. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Background in digital health or pharmacy-related projects. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
