Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at CaryHealth, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our digital pharmacy platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that enhance the patient experience and support our mission to revolutionize digital healthcare. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and deploy full stack web applications using modern technologies. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. - You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will ensure application security and compliance with healthcare regulations. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them where appropriate. - You will contribute to the documentation of software and systems. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL. - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Background in digital health or pharmacy-related software development. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
