Role Overview: As a Front-End Engineer at CaryHealth, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing user-facing features that enhance the digital pharmacy experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. - You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional, accessible interfaces. - You will optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of front-end development practices. - You will work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow. - You will troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues to maintain a high-quality user experience. - You will stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices. What You Bring: - 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare or digital pharmacy industry. - Knowledge of TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux. - Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress. - Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
