Role Overview: As a Front-End Engineer at CaryHealth, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing user-friendly, high-performance web applications that enhance the digital pharmacy experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse user base. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain responsive, scalable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. - You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional, accessible interfaces. - You will optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. - You will troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues to maintain a high-quality user experience. - You will stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and best practices to drive innovation. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development. - You are proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular. - You have experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have a solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. - You are comfortable working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare or digital pharmacy industry. - Knowledge of TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
