Role Overview: As a Front-End Engineer at CaryHealth, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing user-facing features that enhance the digital pharmacy experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications that meet the needs of our diverse user base. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. - You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional, accessible interfaces. - You will optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions. - You will write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards. - You will work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. - You will troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues to improve user experience. - You will stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. What You Bring: - 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular. - Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare or digital pharmacy industry. - Knowledge of TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux. - Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress. - Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
