Role Overview: As a Front-End Engineer at CaryHealth, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital pharmacy platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications that empower users to manage their health with ease and confidence. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. - You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces. - You will optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - You will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback for improvements. - You will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a seamless user experience. - You will stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends. What You Bring: - 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with frameworks such as React or Angular. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare or digital pharmacy industry. - Knowledge of TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux. - Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. - Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
