Role Overview: As a Front-End Engineer at CaryHealth, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital pharmacy platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build responsive, high-performance web applications that enhance patient engagement and streamline pharmacy services. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. - You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and accessible user interfaces. - You will optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions. - You will work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for front-end development. - You will troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues to maintain a high-quality user experience. - You will stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements. What You Bring: - 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as React or Angular. - Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare or digital pharmacy industry. - Knowledge of TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux. - Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. - Experience with automated testing frameworks for front-end applications.
