Role Overview: As a Front-End Engineer at CaryHealth, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital pharmacy platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, responsive, and accessible web applications that empower users to manage their health with ease. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end code using modern JavaScript frameworks. - You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. - You will optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. - You will troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues to maintain a reliable user experience. - You will stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices to drive innovation. What You Bring: - 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with frameworks such as React or Angular. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare or digital pharmacy industry. - Knowledge of TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux. - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
