This is a challenging career with a great deal of customer interaction. No prior experience is necessary but the right candidate must already posess excellent customer service skills. Position Summary Perform Estimator and customer service-related duties in a helpful, thorough, and efficient manner and in accordance with management instructions and good business practice. Major Responsibilities • Regular full attendance is a job requirement. Employees are expected to be at work on time as scheduled. • Write estimates and create repair plans to restore each vehicle to pre-accident condition. Research repair methods to capture all necessary operations. Perform pre scan operations to find accident-related codes. Arrange for sublet operations. • Greet customers, answer phones, and perform administrative duties in between. • Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
