7+ years in learning technology or HRIS roles, Docebo expertise, HRIS integration experience, advanced data skills, bachelor's degree, and SOC2 compliance knowledge.
Description: • Serve as the chief architect and Docebo Superuser • Design and implement complex "recipes" and workflows within Docebo • Own and manage the entire compliance training lifecycle • Act as the primary liaison for all strategic external learning and development partners • Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard of key learning metrics • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our learning programs • Proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions Requirements: • 7+ years of progressive experience in a learning technology, HRIS, or similar data-centric role • Bachelor's degree in a related field required • Docebo Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience as a Docebo administrator • HRIS Integration: Proven experience with connecting and maintaining integrations between an LMS and an HRIS platform like Workday • Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization • A demonstrated ability to translate business goals into a concrete learning technology strategy • Proven knowledge of the current and emerging landscape of learning technologies • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and key stakeholders • A strong understanding of the requirements for SOC2 compliance Benefits: • Medical, Dental & Vision Healthcare Plans • New Hire Stipend for Home Office Set-Up • Generous PTO • Refuel - a service based recognition program where employees receive additional paid time away to learn, grow, and reset • Paid Holidays, Floating Holiday, Volunteer Day, Recharge Day
